All groups received granisetron 3 mg/m2 on day 1 and DEX on days 1 to 3.The primary and secondary endpoints were to evaluate the proportion of patients with acute, delayed and overall CINV within each group.Results: There were no significant differences between the two groups for vomiting, nausea or the use of rescue therapy.
